Is Tailored Match free for candidates?
Yes. Candidates can answer the culture questions, swipe on companies, match, and chat at no cost. We charge employers for recruiting seats so the experience stays free for job seekers.
How is this different from LinkedIn?
LinkedIn centers on résumés, network size, and keyword searches. Tailored Match centers on how you actually work. Both candidates and employers answer the same scenario-based questions, and we score compatibility on values, communication style, and decision-making. Chat only unlocks when both sides mutually like each other, so conversations start with real alignment.
What happens to my data?
Your data is used only to power matching, messaging, and product improvements. We do not sell your information. You control what appears on your profile, and you can request full account deletion anytime by emailing team@tailored-match.com.
